Why subscribe?

Because you want to hear some musings on the current and potential future state of retail*.

Retail is a key component of our daily lives, and I believe that it’s worth considering more deeply. Our relationship with where we live, and how we live, is hugely impacted by retail. Nation of Shopkeepers views retail in this holistic sense, joining the dots between people, places, things and experiences.

I’m based in London but travel far and wide (mostly on the internet these days), so I aim to provide a fairly holistic view, but inevitably the majority of my firsthand experiences will be drawn from happenings close to home.
